Heritage Investment Group has extensive experience in adaptive reuse of existing facilities, new construction, historic renovations, condominium conversions, and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards for environmentally sustainable construction. Founded in 2000, Heritage Investment Group has focused on developments primarily in West Michigan and the greater Grand Rapids area.

Founder & President
Chad has over 18 years of professional experience in real estate development, business strategy, marketing and sales. Chad has developed numerous multi-family, condominium, retail, office, and mixed-use developments in West and Southeast Michigan. Prior to founding Heritage Investment Group, Chad spent 10 years at The Dow Chemical Company. Chad holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan in Marketing & Finance.
